We employ professional staff with the business and technical skills to deliver a high quality, specialist ecological contracting service. We are committed to technical excellence within the company and operate to the standards of best practice. All our field staff have specific training where appropriate.
We are a client-focused company, working with integrity, listening carefully to our clients' needs and priorities and delivering on time and to budget. Our key business objectives are regularly monitored and reviewed at monthly Board Meetings.
Communications with staff take place regularly through newsletters and feedback meetings as well as at regular toolbox talks on site.
Our quality management process is influenced by the practices and commitment of our staff. Everyone in Thomson Habitats places prime importance on continuing improvement. In order to support this, our personal development processes are designed to ensure that all our staff continue to develop the technical and consulting skills necessary to provide our clients with the service they require.
We review all of our procedures regularly and update them in line with feedback and experience, so, we hope, continuing to improve their efficiency in delivering quality to our clients. To this end we have acheived both ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations.
