Project management

Project managers at Thomson Habitats have experience in managing both large and small scale projects. We have a reputation for managing larger contracts efficiently and effectively.

Managing each project from tender or quotation stage allows our project managers not only to fully understand the requirements and concerns of our clients from the start, but also allows our clients to establish a personal point of contact throughout the project.

Our project managers are focused on delivering a quality product and service whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

We have a sound knowledge of the CDM Regulations and have worked under these as Main Contractor and Sub-contractor.  We have worked on a number of sites with the complication of potential unexploded ordnance and have our own experienced UXO banksman.

Our in-house project management procedures are well developed and clear.  Nevertheless, to ensure they continue to improve, we undertake regular reviews and incorporate constructive feedback as appropriate.
