Reptile mitigation, MOD Aldershot

To facilitate our client’s redevelopment of the Aldershot army barracks and improvements to the A331 slip road improvements, we carried out works on two separate sites. We undertook vegetation clearance to enable ground investigation works, which involved clearing a 3m wide haul route as well as 10m2 areas for bore holes.

We then cleared the vegetation along a 2200m stretch and installed temporary exclusion reptile fencing around the site perimeter to keep reptiles from being harmed during the development works.
